Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by reducing working manhour and working hour by simplifying a spray process, obtaining an excellent electrical insulating property, close adhesion to a bearing ring of an insulating layer or a peeling preventive property at the time of fastening and fitting.
SOLUTION: A coating layer 6 is provided from a peripheral surface 3a mounted on a housing 10 of an outer ring 3 over width surfaces 3b, 3c on both sides. The part 3a for covering the peripheral surface of the outer ring 3 in this coating layer 6 and parts 6a and 6b for covering a load side width surface 3b are made a two-layer structure or a three-layer structure laminating a ceramics insulating layer 8 and metallic layers 7 and 9. In a part 6c for covering a non-load side width surface 3c of the outer ring 3 in the coating layer 6, the number of laminated layers is smaller than that in the part 6a for covering the peripheral surface and an outermost layer is made as a ceramics insulating layer 8.
