Abstract:
To provide an electroluminescent device which can be easily manufactured at low cost and with chromaticity improved.
The electroluminescent device is provided with a luminescent layer 6, whose film thickness d is set based on a wavelength of light emitted from a luminescent area 8 in the luminescent layer 6. The film thickness d is so set as to have a specific wavelength reinforced by a secondary interference of the light emitted from the luminescent area 8.
