Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute grinding while efficiently removing foreign matter and burr in a material to be ground with a simple device constitution. CONSTITUTION:In a vessel 1 opened with the upper surface, an electrolyte liquid 22, a media 23 and the material 24 to be ground are charged and the vessel 1 is oscillated by an oscillating driving motor 16 and also by impressing DC voltage to the electrolyte liquid 22 with an electrode lead wire 20 inserted into the vessel 1 from the upper part while vibrating the vessel 1 with a vibrating motor 5, the burr, etc., of the material 24 to be ground is efficiently removed with the electrolytic action, and by oscillating and vibrating the vessel 1, the media 23 is efficiently and uniformly brought into contact with the surface of the material 24 to be ground to efficiently and uniformly grind the material.
