The method of manufacturing the electromagnetic induction heating cooker comprises a step of forming a molding by injecting a mixture of carbon granular powder with a binder into a molding mold, compacting and curing to mold a molding precursor and placing the molding precursor in an oven under an oxygen-free state replaced by nitrogen and firing, and a step of applying a slurry liquid prepared by dispersing ceramic powder and additives in a solvent on the molding and after drying, carrying out a firing treatment.
