Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the frequency characteristic of a signal select part for selecting an electromagnetic radiation detecting part row, and to hold a stable detecting sensitivity extending over a wide frequency band by providing a circuit for correcting the frequency characteristic between the output of the signal select part and the output terminal of an electromagnetic radiation measuring device.
SOLUTION: In a signal select part, the output of each electromagnetic radiation detecting part row 4 is selected by a switching diode 9 to be output to the output contacts 10 of a number smaller than the row number at a first signal select part 8. The output is selected by a switching diode 13a... through a transmission line 12a... at a second signal select part 11 and selected by a switching diode 17a... through a transmission line 16 at a second output contact 14 to be output to the third output contact, that is an output terminal 18 of the device in this case.
