Title:
ELECTRONIC CAMERA
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2003289472
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an electronic camera capable of performing proper AF arithmetic operations even when exposure is correctively set.

When a release button 20 is half-depressed, an amplifier 19 changes a signal level of image data outputted from a VRAM 11 to a monitor 12 on the basis of an exposure correction condition entered by an exposure correction setting section 18. As a result, a photographer can confirm an exposure state by an image displayed on the monitor 19. An aperture value of an aperture 2 and a shutter speed are set to an optimum exposure condition calculated by an AE arithmetic section 71, and when the gain of an amplifier 74 is set to 1, no amplification/attenuation is made. Thus, since an imaging signal under the optimum exposure condition is given to the AF arithmetic section 72, no AF arithmetic accuracy is lost even when exposure correction is set to a lower side.
