Abstract:

To provide an electronic component such as a laminated ceramic capacitor in which grain growth of a Ni particle at a burning step is restrained even when each thickness of especially an internal electrode layer is made thin, spheronization and electrode break are effectively prevented, and deterioration of electric capacitance is effectively restrained, and to provide a method for manufacturing it.

This laminated ceramic capacitor has an internal electrode layer 12 and a dielectric layer 10. The internal electrode layer 12 has a main conductive layer 40 containing a nickel as a main component and a sub-conductive layer 42 formed between the main conductive layer 40 and the dielectric layer 10. The sub-conductive layer 42 is a metal layer or an alloy layer having at least one kinds of element selected out of a ruthenium (Ru), rhodium (Rh), rhenium (Re), platinum (Pt), iridium (Ir) and osmium (Os), as a main component.
