Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cope with multiple types of electronic components by disposing only a desired table of many tables on a supply area, and supplying the component to a transfer head.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of tables 21b-21i are placed on a movable base 11, divided into many tables to reduce the weights. With the structure, when the tables 21b-21i are moved between a supply area A and retracting areas B1, B2, the other tables are contained in containing areas C1, C2 by telescoping means 50 so as not to disturb the movements by the other tables of the areas B1, B2 to be retracted from the moving passage. Thus, multiple tables can be advantageously moved to form the entirety compactly.
