Abstract:
To provide an electronic conference server device capable of appropriately managing access to electronic data used in an electronic conference, depending on the access authority of each participant of the electronic conference.
For each participant of an electronic conference, a folder creation part 105a creates in a participant data recording part 106 a folder which only the participant can access. Electronic data restricted according to the level of access authority set to each participant are copied to the folder created. An access management part 105 permits the access of the participant to the folder created for the participant but denies the access of the other participant to the folder.
