PURPOSE: To facilitate transfer of one set of electronic devices to a new automobile during the purchase of a new automobile to change an old automobile for the new automobile by a method wherein a rack is formed such that, during forward movement of a rack fixing member, the rack is fixed in a pressure contact state between a plurality of the wall surfaces of a rear trunk room and during backward movement of the rack fixing member, it is brought into a state to be removable from the rear truck room.
CONSTITUTION: Through forward and backward movement of a rack fixing member 24, an electronic device containing rack 2 is fixed to or removed from a rear trunk room, and there is no need to mount a metal, by means of which the containing rack 2 is fixed, to the car body side and form a hole. Thereby, the containing rack 2 can be mounted without reforming or damaging an existing automobile, and various car life enjoy electronic devices can be contained in a good order in the containing rack 2. During the purchase of a newautomobile to change an old automobile for the new automobile, one set of electronic devices is easily transferred to the new automobile togetherwith the containing rack 2.
