Abstract:
To provide an electronic device that can be used in an artificial neuron network.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes a first circuit, a second circuit, and first to sixth wiring; The first circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor and a capacitance element. The second circuit includes a third transistor. The gate, first terminal and second terminal of the first transistor are electrically connected to the first wiring, the second wiring and the gate of the second transistor, respectively. The capacitance element capacitively couples the third wiring and the gate of the second transistor. The first terminal and second terminal of the second transistor are electrically connected to the fourth wiring and the sixth wiring, respectively. The gate, first terminal and second terminal of the third transistor are electrically connected to the second wiring, the fifth wiring and the sixth wiring, respectively. The weight of the first circuit can be stored in memory by an analog value. Typically, the first transistor is an oxide semiconductor transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
