A cylindrically formed metallic collar 26c internally having a female screw part 28c is buried in a resin case 12. The terminal 35a and the terminal block 18a are connected by a connecting screw Sc, and the bracket 14 is fixed to the resin case 12 by inserting the fixing screw Sf to the fixing hole 43c and by screwing it into a female screw part 28c. A circuit board 13 is sandwiched by the resin case 12 and the bracket 14, and fixed in the resin case 12. The theading of the connecting screw Sc and the fixing screw Sf is conducted in an identical direction, and an opening protruding from the bottom wall of the collar 26c is closed by the bottom part 50.
