Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic file managing system for keeping sufficient security and applying the degree of freedom in a data correction to an outside user. SOLUTION: Concerning the electronic file managing system provided with an externally installed server installed outside and an internally installed server for communicating with the externally installed server, the externally installed server is provided with a disclosed web server, which can be accessed through the Internet by a browser, and a web data managing server connected through a firewall to the disclosed web server. The disclosed web server contains the home page of an enterprise related to the internally installed server and data interactively transmitted to the disclosed web server by the browser, which accesses the home page, are transferred through the firewall to the web data managing server.
