Abstract:

To prevent the browsing of an electronic message from being delayed when a plurality of electronic messages are read to an electronic message browsing device from an electronic message transmitting device.

An electronic message transmitting device is provided with a storing section 1 in which the plurality of electronic messages are stored and a transmission control section 2 which transmits the electronic messages stored in the storing section 1 to an electronic message browsing device 20. The control section 2 repeats a process for extracting the data of each electronic message stored in the storing section 1 from the forefront of an untransmitted section at a designated rate and another process for transmitting the extracted data of each electronic message to the electronic message browsing device 20 by multiplexing the data in one packet.
