PURPOSE: To prevent a mold releasing agent used at the toner fixing section of a copying machine from being left on the surface of a sheet after the OHP sheet is copied and resolve sliminess, dust stuck feeling, and defective conveyance by laminating a specific acceptor layer on a transparent base.

CONSTITUTION: An acceptor layer 3 is laminated on the surface of the transparent base 2 of an electrophotographic image receiving sheet 1 as a porous nontransparent layer whitened when the resin varnish made of a resin component containing a vinyl chloride resin, and a back layer 4 containing an electrification inhibitor for preventing the sticking of foreign matters is laminated on the back face. The acceptor layer 3 is whitened and nontransparent via porisity before copying, it is made transparent by heat when the toner transferred to the image receiving sheet 1 is fixed, and the transparency as an OHP sheet is attained. The excess mold releasing agent stuck to the acceptor layer 3 infiltrates into the porous structure at the time of fixing, and it is contained in the transparent acceptor layer 3 together with the toner and fixed to the acceptor layer 3 when the porous structure is fused, resolved, and unified by heat at the time of fixing.
