A group management device in which a plurality of elevators for providing service to a plurality of story floors are provided selects the optimum elevator car per landing place call and allocates a landing place call. It is provided with a destination story call device as a landing place call and a getting-off detection device for detecting getting-off of a passenger at each story floor. It is further provided with a means for measuring the number of getting off persons, a means for learning a passenger arrival rate for learning an arrival rate of passengers for each destination story, an operation prediction means of a car, and a means for estimating the number of riding-on passengers depending on destination story.
