An elevator controller 8 is provided with a riding time expectation means 83 for expecting the time when a resident whose individual distinguishing ends rides on the elevator from the entrance in accordance with the presence or absence of a delivered cargo, a landing place call registration means 81 for registering a landing place call based on an output from the riding time expectation means 83, and a car allocation means 82 for allocating an elevator car to the entrance floor and making it wait by opening its door based on an output from the landing place call registration means 81 to expect the time when the resident whose individual distinguishing ends rides on the elevator from the entrance by an individual distinguishing means based on informing from the home delivery box 72 and register a landing place call.
