The elevator operation system 30 includes a call device 40 for an entrance floor of the entrance floor 14, a call device 50 for a living room of an each living room 18, and a control device 60. The control device 60 includes a get-on floor call module 62 which operates the elevator to the get-on floor by receiving get-on floor information from the call device for the entrance floor or the living room, a door-opening and closing module 64 which opens and closes the door of the elevator at the get-on floor, a get-off floor call module 66 which operates the elevator from the get-on floor to the get-off floor by receiving get-off floor information from the call device for the entrance floor or the living room, and a visitors dealing module 68 which operates the elevator by receiving a visitor permission signal using the entrance floor as the get-on floor, and using the floor of the living room as the get-off floor.
