Title:
EMERGENCY EXIT STRUCTURE FOR AUXILIARY COMPARTMENT OF BUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3809853
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open an emergency exit with simple operation in case of emergency while positively preventing misoperation at the normal time regarding emergency exit structure for an auxiliary compartment of a bus.
SOLUTION: A side wall of the auxiliary compartment is formed of a lid 50A provided at the body side part of the bus and openable/closable from the inside. The lid 50A is provided with a locked member 60, and a seat 21 disposed in an underfloor compartment is provided with a locking member 61. In the service state of the seat, the locking member 60 and locked member 61 are engaged with each other to restrain the lid 50A in the closed state, thereby preventing the lid 50A from being opened by mistake. When the seat 21 is raised, the locking member 61 is detached from the locked member 60 to release the restraint of the lid in the closed state. The lid 50A is thereby opened with simple operation in case of emergency.
