PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the uncomfortable feel of a hearing person and to prevent the voices of a speaker to be heard excessively large. SOLUTION: This hearing aid has a mouthpiece part 10 to be brought into contact with the speaker\'s mouth, an ear pad part 30 to be brought into contact with the hearing person\'s ear and a tube 40 for connecting the mouthpiece part 10 and the ear pad part and transmitting the voices of the speaker emitted to the mouthpiece part 10 to the ear pad part 30 and is provided with an air release hole 13 for releasing the air pressure by the speaker\'s breadth emitted to the mouthpiece part 10. A clamping part 20 is provided with a freely openable and closable sound volume adjusting hole 25 which allows the escape of part of the sound volume of the speaker from the mouthpiece part 10 and is commonly used as the air pressure release hole 13 as well.
