To provide an emergency food containing rice cereal and sesame which is obtained by closely sealing a food containing rice cereal and sesame obtained by adding a predetermined amount of sesame powder to rice cereal in a closely sealing container without air permeation and light transmission, added with various nutrition values of sesame in addition to the nutrition values of a cereal food, capable of aiming at the deterioration prevention of the food and preservation for a long period of time.

The emergency food is obtained by forming an unpolished rice and sesame food obtained by adding trehalose and sesame oil to a mixture of the rice cereal and sesame which consists of a predetermined amount of sesame powder, blue bamboo powder, and/or rice cereal such as unpolished rice, into a predetermined size so as to be cooked quickly, added with a flavor for prompting appetite and an antibacterial action, and closely sealing them in an aluminum container without air permeation and light transmission.
