Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and recoverable emergency protective circuit and a temperature detecting circuit, for the emergency protective circuit and the temperature detecting circuit for controlling supply currents, according to the temperature.
SOLUTION: This circuit has temperature detecting circuits 5 and 6, which control the control signals of charging and discharging control transistors Q1 and Q2 respectively, so that they turn off the charging and discharging transistors Q1 and Q2, when the ambient temperature of the charge and discharge control transistors Q1 an Q2 for controlling the charging and discharging currents of a lithium ion battery 2 reaches a specified temperature or higher and that they keep the off state of the charging and discharging control transistors Q1 and Q2, until the power voltage is cut off.
