PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report device and an emergency report system that can make an emergency vehicle easy to find a host vehicle in the event of an emergency.SOLUTION: An emergency report device (10) is an emergency report system for a vehicle (1) to report emergency information to an emergency report center (2) outside the vehicle in the event of an emergency of the vehicle. The emergency report device includes: an alarm sound output unit (22) for outputting an alarm sound; a radio communication unit (15) for receiving a signal from the outside by radio communication; and a control unit (11) for controlling the alarm sound output unit to output an alarm sound if the radio communication unit receives a sound generation signal to indicate output of the alarm sound in the event of the vehicle emergency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
