An emergency stop plate 1 is made by a transparent resin having an attention calling color. A light emitting part 2 comprises a flickering light source and a battery for driving the light source. If the emergency stop plate 1 is shaped like a triangle, each side has a light emitting part 2. The light emitting part 2 comprises at least a flickering light emitting source 2a and a reflection part 2b which is shaped like a concave mirror and collects the light emitted by the light emitting source 2a in one direction. The emergency stop plate 1 is made by resin 1a which passes the light from the reflection part 2b and has a shape like a lens for converging the diffusion of the passed light and is colored red. The front of the emergency stop plate 1 which is assembled when an accident happens can be made to flicker by this constitution.
