A xyloglucan is used as the endocrine disruptor reducing agent in the living body. The xyloglucan can be used in the form of a tablet, a capsule, or the like, or added to a food and continuously ingested to thereby excrete the endocrine disruptor accumulated in the living body to the outside of the body or prevent the accumulation in the living body. The xyloglucan can be ingested in a pregnancy period or before delivery to remarkably reduce the accumulation of the endocrine disruptor in a mother's body and lower the migration of the endocrine disruptor through mother's milk to a fetus and an infant.
