Abstract:
To provide a treatment instrument capable of reducing a process of a procedure and a burden applied to an operator by allowing the operator to incise an opening part of the papilla Vater in the duodenum at a right position from an appropriate direction and safely perform it, and when removing a calculus, to move to a next procedure without replacing the treatment instrument.SOLUTION: An endoscopic high-frequency scissors forceps comprises a scissors forceps part 0101 at a tip end, a handle part for controlling the scissors forceps part 0101 at a hand side, and an insertion part 0102 connecting the scissors forceps part 0101 and the handle part. The scissors forceps part 0101 includes a high-frequency energizable function for performing tissue incision and coagulation, a water delivery function for securing a field of view at the time of bleeding and a contrast function according to situations. The scissors forceps part 0101 is movable along a preliminarily-placed guide wire and rotatable using the guide wire as a shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
