To provide a frame body manufacturing method and a frame body capable of suppressing generation of flashes.SOLUTION: The frame body manufacturing method is for manufacturing a frame body by using frame members 12 and 13 having body parts 40 and angles 49 fixed to interior materials. When the frame members 12 and 13 are welded together, the body parts 40 are welded to each other, the angles 49 are not welded together, and before the frame members 12 and 13 are welded together, the angles 49 are cut off from the frame members 12 and 13 by welded amounts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
