Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a clip to be closed without fear of being dropped onto a cut part from a tool, by enabling a clip to be rightly laid in a mechanism to be closed, holding the clip. CONSTITUTION: A multiple ligating clip mechanism 1 is useful in operating a clip inserting trocar for surgical operation, the ligating clip mechanism 1 is applied for inserting a cannula of a trocar, and can close a blood vessel or stop tissue. The mechanism 1 applies a series of clips using a jaw part 11. The jaw is remotely discharged by a trigger 25. The trigger 25 is compressed to close the jaw part 11 to press ligating clip 8. After the clip 8 is closed, the jaw part 11 is relaxed to load another clip in the site. A ventilation hole 120 outside the device is connected to an open channel 122 in a lower part shroud 13 in a support tube 15 and the open channel 122 is connected to a hole 124 of the lower part shroud 13.
