Abstract:
To provide a technology which enables a blow-by gas to be discharged to the outside of a cylinder block properly while avoiding increasing the size of an engine.SOLUTION: An exemplary engine includes: a cylinder block having cylinders each forming a combustion chamber; a crank shaft disposed within the cylinder block; a flywheel attached to one end of the crank shaft; and a flywheel housing which is disposed at one end surface side as seen in a crank axis direction of the cylinder block and houses the flywheel. The flywheel housing has a blow-by gas passage through which a blow-by gas passes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
