Title:
ENTERICALLY TRANSMITTED NON-A NON-B HEPATITIS VIRAL FACTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2007031440
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a viral protein derived from an enterically transmitted non-A non-B hepatitis (ET-NANB) virus, a new composition composed of a fragment of the viral protein, a method for the preparation of the composition and a use of the preparation.

The invention provides a protein derived from an enterically transmitted non-A non-B hepatitis viral factor and having a genom containing a region homologous to an EcoRI insertion piece of 1.33kb DNA existing in the plasmid pTZ-KF1 (ET1.1) carried by E.coli BB4 strain deposited to ATCC by the deposit number of 67717.
