Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make environmental improvements by means of an air conditioner or the like attainable, by installing a device controlling the starting of a sel- motor at a time when clutch disengagement or a neutral position of a transmission is detected and a brake is operating, and operating an environmental detecting sensor with an engine starting signal. CONSTITUTION:At the time set by a timer 1, a brake controller 13 is operated and a brake operating state is detected. And, a transmission shift position sensor 32 is operated, and when it is not in this neutral position, a clutch is disengaged only at a time when making sure of the brake operating state. Under this condition, a sel-motor is controlled, starting an engine, and an environmental control circuit 16 is operated and thereby an air conditioner or the like is operated. With this constitution, the engine is safely started, and afterward the air conditioner or the like is operated, thus comfortable environment is securable at immediately.
