Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate the starting of an engine as well as to make an air conditioner easily operable even in a cold district, by operating an automatic choking device prior to arrival of a starting signal at a sel-motor controller, and starting a sel-motor in the state that gas content comes higher. CONSTITUTION:At the time set by a timer 1, an automatic choking device 4 is operated, making it perform the same motion as operating an accelerator several times. In the state that this operation is over, a sel-motor controller 8 is controlled and thereby a sel-motor is started. With this, if an engine is started, an environmental control circuit 16 is operated as well as an air conditioner or the like is operated. Thus, since the automatic choking device 4 is operated prior to arrival of a starting signal at the sel-motor controller 8, the sel-motor gets starting in the state that a choke valve opens and gas content comes higher so that engine starting becomes so easy and the air conditioner can be operated in an easy manner.
