Abstract:

To provide an environmental information processing system capable of determining whether or not an aircraft or the like in the air lies in an upward current.

The environmental information processing device 40 has a specific position altitude information storage means or the like. The environmental information displaying device 72 comprises a storage means for storing reference atmosphere altitude temperature information creating information for creating reference atmosphere altitude temperature information, which is a relation between the altitude and temperature of the reference atmosphere at a specific position, a storage means for storing midair reference atmospheric temperature information creating information for creating midair reference atmosphere temperature information at the present altitude of the environmental information displaying device, a storage means for storing atmospheric temperature comparing information creating information for creating atmospheric temperature comparing information, which is the contrast between the present temperature information and the midair reference atmospheric temperature information, and a storage means or the like for storing upward current determination information creating information for creating upward current determination information for determining whether or not the present position lies in an upward current based on the atmospheric temperature comparing information.
