PURPOSE: To attain a high adaptability to the fluctuation of a manufacturing condition by high precisely estimating a process time from drawing information.
CONSTITUTION: A process time estimating part 2 includes an estimating input factor extracting part 21 which extracts an estimating input factor including the manufacturing process information of an object from process design data, learning input factor store part 23 which stores a learning input factor obtained from the estimating input factor extracting part 21 in a neural network device 22 which functions as a learning means based on the output signal of a learning occupancy time selecting part 24, and the learning occupancy time selecting part 24 which selects the learning occupancy time of the neural net device. A process occupancy time measuring part 3 reads out the process code of each process, and automatically measures the occupancy time of each process in each process code. A process date scheduling part 4 receives the output information of the process occupancy time measuring part, stores the output of the neural network device 22 as an estimating means and outputs the estimated time data of each process to the learning occupancy time selecting part 24.
