Abstract:
To provide a compound having potent cysLT1/cysLT2 receptor antagonistic activity, keeping the activity for a long time even by oral administration and having potent oral activity useful as an oral agent for prevention and/or treatment of respiratory diseases.
The compound is expressed by general formula (I) (in the formula, R1 is carboxymethyl or 3-carboxypropyl; R2 is a hydrogen atom or 1C-4C alkyl; R3 is [1-(carboxymethyl)cyclopropyl]methyl or 3-carboxypropyl; R4 is a hydrogen atom or halogen atom; and ring 1 is expressed by formula (in the formula; R5 is 1C-4C alkyl or a halogen atom; m is 0 or integer of 1-5; when m is ≥2, the R5 groups may be the same or different; and the arrow shows bonding with butyloxy group)).
