To provide the event booking system which enables a user to surely advance event preparations without delay.

This system is equipped with a server 503 to which more than one user terminal is connected through a network, a 1st data base 401 which stores date and time information on the day and time of an event, a 2nd data base 406 which stores items to be processed before and after the event together with time information showing the periods wherein the items are processed, and an interface device 6. The server 503 reads the date and time information out of the 1st data base 401 and collates it with the time information on the event read out of the 2nd data base 406; when it is decided that there is the item to be processed, information for informing a user terminal 2x of the item is generated and sent from the interface device 6 to the user terminal 2x.
