The CPU 11 and ROM 12 of payment processing means perform payment processing similar to the case of payment processing using a dedicated card to the destination to pay even in the case of cash payment. Thus, since the system is formed so that even a customer having no dedicated card enables on-line shopping and its payment in cash while using an on-line shopping processing terminal 10, handling is simplified similarly to the case of an automatic teller machine in a financial institution.
