PURPOSE: To enable self-propelling in a long-distance movement and to make it possible to work with a regular car license or a large-sized car license without requiring any special license for driving by mounting a back-hoe device and a belt conveyer device on a transpoartation truck.

CONSTITUTION: A mounting platform 3 is built on the chassis 2 of a transportation truck 1, an upper swieveling body 4 of an excavator main body 5 equipped with a back hoe device 6 is installed to one side of the upper part thereof, a hopper section 9 is provided to the side of the back hoe device 6 and, at the same time, a belt conveyer device 10 connected to the hopper section 9 is so provided that earth thrown into the hopper section 9 is delivered to the other side of the truck 1. The transportation truck 1 in an excavated soil loading device is classified as a [regular automobile], the hopper section 9 is placed in the vicinity of the upper swieveling body 4, and the belt conveyer device 10 can be moved right and left and/or front and rear against the direction of transportation at specific angles.
