Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment system for a waste incinerator by which the required temperature of exhaust gas at the inlet of bag filter is raised without increasing moisture content, a faulty such as generation of white fume, etc., due to an increase in moisture content can be prevented by recovering an energy accompanied with the drop of temperature, and the thermal recovery efficiency of plant is made higher so as to improve the thermal efficiency thereof.
SOLUTION: The exhaust gas treatment system of waste incinerator is designed to treat an exhaust gas discharging from the waste incinerator through a bag filter, and a high-pressure boiler 2 for generating a high-pressure steam using the exhaust gas and a lowpressure boiler 3 for generating a low-pressure steam using the exhaust gas passing through the high-pressure boiler 2 are arranged in series between the incinerator 1 and bag filter 4, so that an increase in moisture content in the exhaust gas can be eliminated, the temperature at the inlet of the bag filter 4 be raised and the heat of exhaust gas be recovered in the low-pressure boiler 3.
