Abstract:
To provide an exponential function generating circuit having a positive exponentiation with a circuit for generating a voltage and a clock frequency of an exponential function of high accuracy with a smaller number of elements than before.SOLUTION: An exponential function generating circuit comprises a voltage control oscillator (VCO) for generating two-phase clocks Φ1 and Φ2 and a switched capacitor (SC) integrator, and drives a switch in the SC integrator by two-phase clocks Φ 1 and Φ 2 generated in the VCO to simultaneously generate a voltage V2 that increases in an exponential function of the positive exponentiation and the two-phase clocks Φ1 and Φ2 of a frequency f that increases in an exponential function of the positive exponentiation by adding an output voltage V2 of the SC integrator to an input of the VCO.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
