Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for external hardware parts in the case of reducing the effect of vibrations from the viewpoint of the hardware.
SOLUTION: This device is composed of a controlled object 1 to be affected by external disturbance, a control part 2 for generating a driving signal of the controlled object 1, an error signal generating part 3 for generating an error signal 6 showing a difference from an input signal 4 based on the desired input signal 4 from the controlled object 1 and an output signal 5 from the controlled object 1 and for outputting the error signal 6 to the control part 2, a first external disturbance observer arithmetic part 11 for finding a first external disturbance observer signal based on the output signal of the error signal generating part 3 and a second external disturbance observer arithmetic part 12 for finding a second external disturbance observer signal, based on the driving signal of the control part 2 and the first external disturbance observer signal and outputting it to the controlled object 1.
