Abstract:
Provided is a topical fine-particulate capsule preparation including a fine-particulate capsule preparation in which an amphiphilic capsule membrane of emulsified particles encapsulates an active ingredient. The amphiphilic capsule membrane is composed of an amphiphilic ingredient containing isostearyl ascorbyl phosphate or a metal salt thereof represented by the following Chemical Formula, which can be decomposed by phosphatase, which is an enzyme widely distributed in the skin and the like. In the following Chemical Formula, M is a hydrogen atom or a monovalent metal ion.
