Abstract:

To obtain an external-use medical preparation that contains deep water, and a cell activator and/or a fumectant, and has excellent skin antiaging and roughening- and drying-preventive effects as well as skin-moistening effect.

This external-use medical preparation contains (A) deep water (specific seawater that is formed by sinking of surface seawater and is of low temperature, clean and rich in nutrimental salts; the sea area where the deep water is taken is 1000-4000m off the coast in Toyama, Japan) preferably in a quantity of 0.1-85wt.%, (B) a cell activator (deoxyribonucleic acid, adenosine triphosphate, deprotenized serum extract, placenta extract, enzyme extract, otane carrot, extract, etc.) preferably in a quantity of 0.001-5wt.%, and/or a fumectant (hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, dermantan sulfate, etc.) preferably in a quantity of 1-20wt.% as alcohol.
