Abstract:
To enable the classification of the three-dimensional looking of a face with a higher accuracy.
The face classifier for classifying the three-dimensional looking of the face of a subject is provided with an imaging means for capturing the image of the face of the subject, a control means which carries out a control to categorize the captured face image into any of at least four types previously classified from two indexes of the space and the depth/flesh buildup with frame of the face, a display means which displays the result of the classification made by the control means correspondingly on a map in which the four types are ranked in respective quadrants of a plane coordinate space.
