PURPOSE: To distribute reception loads, to equalize an opportunity for utilizing facilities, to enable automatic drawing lots, to report whether a winning number is drawn or missed and to perform the automatic drawing lots for reporting the result when any cancel is generated by accepting reservation from any terminal, drawing lots, deciding a person who draws the winning number, reporting whether the winning number is drawn or missed, deciding the person who draws the winning number when the cancel is generated, and reporting the drawing of the winning number.

CONSTITUTION: This system is provided with a reservation application receiving means 31 for automatically issuing reservation receiving slips corresponding to reservation application inputs and registering reservation application information on a reservation application data table 4, automatic lottery means 32 for automatically drawing lots when there is plural applications to the same facilities corresponding to the end of a reservation application period, and reporting means 33 for reporting the drawing of the winning number to a reservation applicant when there are not the plural applications to the same facilities but for reporting the drawing of the winning number to the reservation applicant, who draws the winning number, when there are plural applications to the same facilities on the other hand.
