PURPOSE: To improve the registration management of slips and printing processing by eliminating manual processing such as handwriting input work.

CONSTITUTION: Based on an application document, character strings such as a name, address and legal domicile are inputted from registration terminal equipment 2 and a control part 10 of a computer 1 stores the input data in a master file 11. When there is any popular character in the character string, a flag is set at its position and concerning that popular character corresponding to the flag, a non-coded character as bit map data is prepared from a non-coded character input device 3 and stored in a non-coded character data file 12. Then, while using the data stored in the master file 11 and the non-coded character data file 12, slips are printed by a printer system 4.
