Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a facing material with the same level of properties as those for the conventional vinyl chloride facing material and no possibility of generating toxic gas during burning by laminating a top layer consisting of an ionomer resin and a bottom layer consisting of a backer layer wherein an acrylate copolymer resin is a main component.
SOLUTION: This facing material 1 is prepd. by laminating a top layer 11 consisting of an ionomer resin and a backer layer 15 wherein an acrylate copolymer resin is a main component. In addition, this facing material 1 is also constituted by placing an intermediate layer 12 consisting of an ionomer resin between the top layer 11 consisting of an ionomer resin and the backer layer 15 wherein an acrylate copolymer resin is a main component. In this case, when a picture pattern layer 13 and a primer layer 14 are formed, by using an intermediate layer 12 being extremely thinner than the thickness required for the top layer 11 as the facing material in the case of two-layered constitution, it is possible to perform extremely efficiently formation of the picture pattern layer 13 and the primer layer 14.
