Abstract:
To obtain a failure diagnosis method that can judge different types of failure and has high judgment accuracy by constructing a neural network for diagnosing failure with extremely less number of failure data.
In the failure diagnosis method, a plurality of failure states are discriminated and outputted from time-series data obtained from an inspection target. A neural network is constructed for each type of failure, and pretreated data for extracting the feature variable being set to each failure type are inputted to each neural network and failure is diagnosed by individually judging each failure type.
