To provide a server and a system dealing with failures, a program, and a method for dealing with failures that select a maintenance person with his/her skill development taken in consideration.SOLUTION: In the system dealing with failures, a server dealing with failures include: a system information storage unit for storing, for each monitoring target, education priority information showing the degree of prioritizing the education of a maintenance person who maintains a predetermined monitor target; a failure detecting unit for detecting a failure to monitor; a maintenance man selection unit for selecting a maintenance man to solve a failure according to the content of the failure and the education priority information of the monitor target when the failure detection unit detects a failure; and a chat setting unit for opening an online chat room used by a maintenance man to solve the failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
