Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a fluoride resin layer coated on the surface of far infrared ray substance from being damaged by an external force and the fluororesin layer from being peeled off.
CONSTITUTION: A heater layer 21 is formed at one surface of a far infrared ray substance 13, the other surface is provided with an alumina layer 14 of carrier member, the alumina layer 14 is coated at its upper surface with fluoride resin layer to form a fluororesin layer 23. In addition, the alumina layer 14 is formed by utilizing induction plasma for its heat source and melt injecting it for its formation.
